The Family S

I want fall to be here!  It's my favorite time of year and this orchard has been calling me since we moved here.  Right now the ripe apples and pears at this orchard hint that fall is about to begin! I pass it every time I drive into town and I love it.  I was super excited to take this beautiful family there for family photos!  The lighting was golden and wonderful.  Here's a peek at a photo:

Awesome Family M

Two years ago I took family pictures for this crew, I can't believe how much the kids have all grown since then!  They are as wonderful now as they were two years ago, the kids were so well behaved and easy to photograph.  I love your smiles and I ABSOLUTELY loved the picture of Mom & Dad in the car...especially because I got to be there when it was taken and I loved hearing the kids giggling behind me as mom and dad snuggled in the car.  Kids love to see their parents "in-love", and it was a beautiful moment to document.

My Favorite Texas Rangers!

I loved this photo shoot for so many reasons.  The location is dear to my heart, and it turned out so lush and green in the photos which went so beautiful with the beautiful color scheme in the outfits.  I just love these bright and bold summer colors.  And I must say, I am related to this beautiful family and it was just a blessing to be able to spend some time together this summer in Idaho.

Am I behind or what?  I took these pictures of this beautiful family this past Spring before they moved far away :(  We miss you friends!

Family Reunion Time!!!

Can't you feel it in the air!  The Roads are dry and gathering is going on across the map.  Sadly we have missed and will miss some of our family reunions, (we have one coming up that we hope to attend:)...but I did get to document this gathering for a friend.  What a beautiful family, so many cute kiddos!  They all braved the wind in a column of trees...and smiled anyways :)

Our good friends here needed an updated photo for Christmas Cards...yes, now is the time to be thinking about sending those out--crazy!  So we did a mini session and they are such a lovely couple that I just had to share some.  I love the way they turned out.  The Christmas Card turned out fun too, maybe I'll share that another day.

I LOVE shooting photos in the fall.  The leaves have been so beautiful and this photo shoot was so enjoyable.  The kids were awesome and the colors were so vibrant!  Many thanks to this beautiful family!

I had the opportunity to takes some family pictures for our good friends before they moved far away from us--sniffle, sad face.  My kids miss their friend a lot still (and I do too).  We tend to have a moment of silence whenever we pass the home where they use to reside.  The pictures were so cute I had to share (even though it has been a while ago).  I will get caught up...I will!

D&E Engagement

I'm behind on everything these days, but I wanted to post a few photos I took while in Idaho.  My hubby's cousin is getting married so we got to do some fun engagement pictures and a family photo.  We are so excited for these guys, congrats!

Whats in a Name--the Fantastic Familia O

I don't know what it is about the Familia O but something in the name equates into beautiful smile.  This was a very enjoyable photoshoot even though it was windy and we changed the location at the last moment.  The weather was chilly but you couldn't tell with this baby boy, he did SO good.  We first met Adam's parents and siblings in our last town (our "summer home") and they were all just wonderful people.  We are so glad we got to come to Lincoln and that we can now count Adam and Brooke as friends.  Enjoy!
